We start with an intro call — about an hour to see if we're a fit. If we decide to work together, we'll meet twice over the next month to build our foundation. After that, we settle into a rhythm of every three weeks.
Intro call → Session 1 (2 weeks) → Session 2 (2 weeks) → Every 3 weeks ongoing
I've found this cadence works best for most leaders.
Three weeks gives you enough time to implement and work with the frameworks we come up with. By the time the third week rolls around, you're ready with new issues, and you've made enough progress on your goals that there are new things for us to unpack.
With 90 minutes, it doesn't feel rushed. There's plenty of time for us to work on things together. You're not trying to hurry me through my responses. There's enough time for me to listen and for you to really open up and think critically.
Sometimes things get intense — a transition, a crisis, a big decision with a tight timeline.
Once a week, I'll ask you to update your goals and actions. Takes five minutes. This keeps momentum between our conversations and helps me see where you are before we meet.
We'll set up a recurring session on your calendar. If you need to move it, just let me know. I keep some flexibility for exactly this reason.
